Day 15

I didn't know what I was going to get rid of today. The 4-Her and Highschoolgeekgirl had done some room cleaning, and there was a big pile of books in the middle of their room...thought I might have to use those for mine, but it sure seemed like cheating.
Then I realized that if we're going to pick up a new used car tonight, I'd probably need my drivers license (which has, of course, been missing for about a year).

The best and most likely hiding place: the area around and under the dresser/tv stand in our bedroom, an area rife with yuck factor. Sigh.

So I dug around under the dresser, and behind the dresser, and in front of the dresser, using a flashlight, a broken yardstick and a Louisville Slugger (that didn't help much, actually).

Didn't find the drivers license, but I found a lot of papers that we don't need anymore.

So tonight's item: a plastic garbage bag full of old papers, broken pens, dust, yarn, etc.

Plus I found well over a dollar in change, mostly quarters, dimes and nickels, so I got that going for me.
